Instructions for Use

1. Remove CathClip from sterile packaging.
2. Wet CathClip's gripping pads with saline solution; CathClip is now ready to hold a guidewire, catheter, balloon, or similar flexible elongated device.  One CathClip should hold only one flexible elongated device at a time.
3. Discard CathClip at the conclusion of the procedure.

Warning: Do not use if sterile packaging is broken, torn, or punctured.
